  • How long will it take for me to receive my order ?

    We're thrilled to announce our first celebratory capsule collection! We can't wait to get your items to you quickly so the recipient can enjoy their fun new gear.

    See below for our standard shipping process:

    Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and packaging.

    Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.

    Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

  • What is your return policy?

    We want everything you order from us to spark joy! If something isn’t quite right, no worries – you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

    Return Condition: Full priced, unwashed, unworn items must be in their original condition with the hang tag still attached.

    Return Process: Contact Emma through hello@theplayshopdc.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back!

  • What Happens if my item gets lost or damaged while shipping?

    At The Play Shop, we strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition and on time. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. If your item is damaged or lost, we are here to help!

    Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact Emma through hello@theplayshopdc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and description of the damage. Our team will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

    Lost Items:

    1.) Check the Delivery Status: If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

    2.) Contact Us: If the tracking information shows that your order is not delivered or if there is no tracking update, please contact Emma through hello@theplayshopdc.com with your order number and shipping problem.
